If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or to cancel any part of the
Tour, the following cancellation policy will apply.

Prior to July 1, 2011: All tour monies received, less a $500 processing fee,
will be refunded for cancellations received in writing prior to May 1, 2011.
July 2 – Aug. 1, 2011: A cancellation charge of $700, plus unrecoverable
monies from airlines, accommodations and other deposits made on your
behalf, will be withheld for cancellations received in writing between July 2
– Aug. 1, 2011.

NO REFUNDS AFTER August 1, 2011: No refunds will be made for
cancellations received after August 1, 2011 OR for any portion of the trip
unattended. In the event you decide to leave the tour at any time, there will
be no refunds and you will be asked to sign a declaration stating that it is
your decision to leave the tour so that the proper local officials may be
notified.
Pierre Garreaud (Company) acts as a travel tour coordinator, hiring the
services of third parties such as  suppliers and contractors providing air or
other transportation, hotels, sightseeing and ceremonial activities.
Company assumes no responsibility, however caused, for your personal
injury or personal property loss or damage in connection with any service
provided by third parties. For any circumstances arising as a result of
military, terrorist, political action, strikes, weather, acts of God, criminal or
negligent acts of others, criminal or negligent acts of Traveler, or any other
circumstances over which Company has no control, Company shall not be
liable to you. Company reserves the right to alter, change or omit any part
of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or routing at any time without
notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for the comfort and
well-being of the group. Traveler understands that this tour falls under the
category of "adventure"; there are some risk factors involved. Company
requires that traveler be in good physical condition and traveler will be
required to sign a disclosure stating that traveler is in good health. Due to
the risks involved traveler will release (Company) from any responsibilities
and liabilities regarding traveler  getting injured or suffering a fatal accident.

Written Release and Agreement:
You further agree to sign a Release and Agreement which sets forth the
conditions above and such other conditions as may be deemed necessary.
Failure or refusal to sign said Release and Agreement will be grounds for
cancellation of your reservation; monies paid to date will not be refunded.

Modifications:
In the future, it may be necessary for Company to make modifications of
the above "Terms and Conditions" and in that event Company will forward
a copy of such modifications to you both by e-mail and postal mail. The
"Terms and Conditions" in effect on the date that travel begins on
September 20, 2011 will be binding on all participants.

Day 0 - Tuesday September 20
Travel day from your country to the city of Lima. Most flights are red eye
arriving  Lima International Airport in the early morning on Saturday.
Allow enough time for connecting flights.

Day 1 -Wednesday September 21
International early morning arrival to
Lima, connecting AM flight to
Cuzco.,
Reception and welcoming by our local
crew members and travel to Cuzco City.
We will stop at El Dorado hotel for
soothing coca leaf tea to help us adjust
to the altitude of the Andes and to
exchange currency.
Visit of The Royal Inca Palace of Koricancha,Temple of the Sun.
Lunch.
Afternoon visit of the Saccsayhuaman Fortress.
Scenic drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Reception at our hotel in

Urubamba
where we will stay for the next 6 days.

Day  5  - Sunday September 25
Morning meditation. We drive to snowcapped Apu,Veronica Wakaywillke
for shamanic Karpay ceremony. Opening of the Heart Chakra
Return to Urubamba overnight.

Day 2 - Thursday  September 22
Early  meditation. We will work with clearing and expanding the first chakra.
Travel by bus to
Moray - Maras for cleansing Despacho ceremony and
shamanic circle. Connection to Pachamama, Mother Earth. Lunch
Travel by bus to the Goddess site of Killarumiyoc, Temple of the Moon.
A Shaman  will perform a sacred ritual to connect us to the Stars. Return to
Urubamba
Urubamba overnight.
Day 3 - Friday September 23
Early  meditation. We will work with our 2nd chakra, creation and
manifestation. We travel to Calca to visit
Huchuy Qosqo, temple of fertility.
Sound Healing Ceremony and meditation to connect with the sacred
mountain Apu Pitusiray. Ceremony with local shaman.
Urubamba overnight..
Day 4 -  Saturday September 24
Early Meditation. Morning visit the beautiful ancient cobblestone treasure
of Pisac .We will work with our 3rd chakra at the temple of the Sun,
empowerment. Lunch. Afternoon visit to Pisac's Art & Craft Market and
Shaman Store.
Visit of Kusi Kawsay, a Waldorf inspired School /
Children of the
Andes - non profit.

Day 9 -  Thursday September 29
Early Meditation. Day to relax and for integration at the Sacred Gardens.
It is a day for enjoyment of the wonderful services they offer: flower baths,
massages, John of God crystal bed.

Free afternoon: travelers have the option to visit Pisac, Ollantaytambo on
their own.
Day 7 -  Tuesday September 27
Early departure to Machu Picchu from the Ollantaytambo train station.
We take the Vistadome Train to
Aguas Calientes the Inca's hot springs
baths. From there visit the magnificent and breath taking Machu Picchu,
Shamanic visit of the site. We will work with opening the 3rd eye, 6th
chakra.
Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

Day 8 -  Wednesday September 28
Early AM departure for Machu Picchu to welcome the  sunrise, then
free day to connect with the energies of this sacred site: we will walk to the
powerful
Temple of the Moon or Huayna Picchu  mountain. Unan
Chasqa initiation ceremony  into the mystery of Andean shamanism.  
We will work on our 7th chakra. Afternoon train, back to Ollantaytambo.
Overnight at Ollantaytambo.
Day 6 - Monday September 26
Ceremony at our Hotel in Urubamba to connect with the four elements.
Visit the  sacred site of
Ollantaytambo.  Afternoon work with the temple
of the winds, elemental cleansing and harmonizing ceremony.  Opening
of the third eye and 5th chakra. Overnight in Urubamba.  
Day 10 - Friday  September 30
Return to Magical Cuzco – ‘the navel of the World'. We will stop at
Chincheros textile craft market and other sacred places of the city's
magic.  Overnight in Cuzco.
Day 11   Saturday  October1
Flight return to Lima Airport for travel back to your Home.

Regarding International Flights:
International flights from the USA to Lima, Peru are not included in this
price.  Plan to arrive in Lima on the evening of Tuesday Sept. 20 or early
morning on Wednesday Sept. 21, 2011. Our connecting flight to Cusco
leaves at 6am from Lima. We will  meet inside the Airport after going
through customs and security. For your return flight on Saturday Oct. 1st,
2011, plan to depart after 8 pm. Most flights returning to the USA depart
Lima between 9:00 pm - 2:00 am(Next day). DO NOT schedule your flight
on Oct 1st, 2011 prior to 9 pm,as we do not arrive in Lima until after 7pm
that day. Please note: If you are leaving after midnight, you will be leaving o
Oct 2, 2011.
